7 Home Learning SEN- COVID-19

A temporary email address for contacting  Miss Keates/ Miss Woodward during COVID-19 has been set up. If your child is on the SEN register and you have any queries about home learning during COVID-19 then please feel free to contact us during school hours on SENDCO@stmatthewsce.bradford.sch.uk and we will get back to you with support and advice as soon as possible. 

The school closures can be a stressful time for anyone, especially those with Special Educational Needs. To make things easier we have put some activities and resources to use with your children under the tabs on the right hand side. As children with additional needs can also find being out of routine stressful there is also a home learning visual timetable attached. This can be printed and used to show children what activities to expect across the day.

Once each activity is completed this should be removed from the timetable so children know that this is complete.

There is also a now and next board which can be used to support children who need to know what is happening in small chunks. The same symbols can be used for this. 

If your child is working within a different year group for some of their learning then please access that year groups free home learning resources.
